Plusieurs substances actives structurantes arrivent en fin d\u2019approbation ou sont retir\u00e9es du march\u00e9. Dans ce contexte, la r\u00e9duction des intrants phytosanitaires ne rel\u00e8ve plus uniquement d\u2019un objectif environnemental : elle devient un d\u00e9fi technique, r\u00e9glementaire et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>La fili\u00e8re viticole doit donc repenser en profondeur ses strat\u00e9gies de protection, afin de pr\u00e9server \u00e0 la fois la rentabilit\u00e9 des exploitations et la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9coltes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des intrants antifongiques de plus en plus limit\u00e9s par la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne encadrant les produits phytopharmaceutiques repose sur un principe clair : les substances actives doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement <strong>(CE) n\u00b01107\/2009<\/strong> impose un r\u00e9examen p\u00e9riodique, avec des autorisations d\u00e9livr\u00e9es pour une dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e. Cela entra\u00eene, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, une r\u00e9duction progressive de l\u2019arsenal disponible contre le mildiou et l\u2019o\u00efdium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Entre 2021 et 2028, plusieurs retraits majeurs concernent directement la viticulture, comme celui du mancoz\u00e8be ou la non-reconduction du dim\u00e9thomorphe. D\u2019autres familles de produits, telles que certains triazoles ou SDHI, restent soumises \u00e0 de fortes incertitudes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Ces \u00e9volutions successives complexifient la gestion des r\u00e9sistances et accentuent la pression sur les itin\u00e9raires techniques existants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p><em>(Informations issues de la source : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitisphere.com\/communication\/publi-info\/235-le-defi-de-la-resilience-viticole-face-aux-exigences-reglementaires-.html\">article vitisph\u00e8re<\/a> ) <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le cuivre en viticulture biologique : une solution historique mais sous tension<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\"><div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>En viticulture biologique, la lutte contre le mildiou repose encore largement sur les compos\u00e9s cupriques, tandis que le soufre demeure central contre l\u2019o\u00efdium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Cependant, le cuivre fait lui aussi l\u2019objet de restrictions croissantes. Renouvel\u00e9 au niveau europ\u00e9en jusqu\u2019au <strong>30 juin 2029<\/strong>, il est class\u00e9 comme substance candidate \u00e0 la substitution en raison de sa persistance dans les sols et de ses impacts \u00e9cotoxicologiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Son usage est plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>4 kg de cuivre m\u00e9tal par hectare et par an<\/strong>, afin de limiter l\u2019accumulation dans les parcelles. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 trois applications avant floraison et trois apr\u00e8s floraison, en compl\u00e9ment de notre programme habituel.Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s positifs : nous avons pu r\u00e9duire significativement l\u2019utilisation de produits phytosanitaires et espacer le nombre d\u2019applications, tout en maintenant une bonne protection sanitaire du vignoble.
